MY MISSION
I want to breed a wave of women with a grounded relationship to themselves, a clear vision of their passions and desires, and a relentless pursuit to perpetually expand and grow - utilizing fitness and nutrition as: a means to nurture, a vehicle to higher versions of self, and an exercise of awareness and capability - so that they can develop a true connection to who they are, what does and doesn’t serve them, and their mission in the world.
I want to lead by example, show that a rock bottom you can’t come back from doesn’t exist, and that rock bottom makes for a damn good foundation for what you are about to build. How your life can transform when you decide to take the time to face what terrifies you and change the way you live, so you can change the way you shape the life around you.

Cardio, high intensity, strength, weight, pilates, yoga. Abs, legs, arms, glutes. Never worked out a day in your life to very active workout. Whatever your experience level we have it. Beginner to advanced.
COMMUNITY.
We lift each other higher towards our ultimate goals together. Motivational video messages sent right to your phone from your trainer to help guide you to build healthy habits. A private community where I can support you, you can ask me questions, and I’ll be doing live video teachings. As well as guest speakers talking in their area of expertise in topics like: gut health, hormone health, sex education. relationships, breath work, meditation, and so much more!
